_Features:
Incoming & Outgoing EDI Messages - The four tabs on this window display the following vital information: a readable report of the message; the F/A information on the message; the application file created for this message; and the un-translated EDI file that this message was included in.

Browse box displaying message's information - This tool is used to find a record and review its data. As you scroll through the records their data is displayed in the tabs above.

Filtering and Finding - Use this button to find a specific message or display a group of messages meeting a criteria which you can set.

Printing and exporting - Information being displayed in the tab can be printed for one or multiple records, you just have to select the records you want.

Reports

The "EDI Message Report" is a standardized format created for every document processed. Enhanced report formats can be designed to meet your specific data & layout needs

Data Retention

You will want to periodically archive and delete old messages from your system to free up disk space and keep performance at it's peak. DataTrek allows you to set the data retention period to conform with your level of EDI activity.
