Setting the
"Working Database", which holds all current
records, and "Archive Database", holding archived
records, controls what tables a work station may
access
Working Databases may be archived from
time-to-time to reduce the number of records
viewed and increase record access speed
Existing Orders and Responses
Screen :

Records may be sorted in order of: Pon #,
Status, Sent or Last Name
Records may be filtered to display an Order Status, 997
Status, Act, Agent, or RBOC
Click on the "New" button to create a new order or
the toolbar button to view existing orders
